We didn't set out to launch a hot sauce. We set out to make the best spicy lentil chip we could.

Most spicy snacks rely on heat alone. We wanted something different: a hot sauce with the perfect balance of heat and tang, so we started there, not with the chip itself.

20 something recipes later, our Development Chef Ed nailed it.

That sauce then became the flavour behind our House Hot Sauce Lentil Chips.
